Une petite communauté de trois frères prend soin de la paroisse latine de Saint Joseph et également d’une école appelée «Carmel School» située juste à côté.
Celle-ci est Sous la direction d’enseignants qualifiés et des Carmes, environ 700 garçons et filles se préparent ici, à assumer les responsabilités de la vie civile et familiale.
